Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Experience using medical EMR systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage online service accounts including Healow, ZocDoc, patient portal, and webchat.
• Appointment scheduling, demographic updates, and routing messages to appropriate team members.
• Manage email requests from proxy accounts.
• Troubleshoot portal issues.
• Verify and update patient insurance information.
• Empathize with and coach patients in navigating the healthcare system.
• Meet performance metrics and service level criteria.
• Follow all HIPAA and privacy rules while discussing sensitive health information with the patient or their authorized delegates.
