Job summary

• Collecting patient signatures and ensuring records are complete and accurate.
• Assisting patients with financial assistance resources and navigating applications.
• Supporting scheduled appointments and walk-in services (lab, imaging, EKGs).
• Collaborating with teammates and clinical departments to move patients efficiently through care.
