Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and completing registration and check-in processes.
• Verifying demographic information and insurance coverage.
• Collecting signatures and ensuring records are complete and accurate.
• Assisting patients with financial assistance resources and applications.
• Supporting scheduled appointments and walk-in services including labs, imaging, EKGs, and other outpatient services.
• Responding to departmental communications and system updates.
• Collaborating with teammates and clinical departments to move patients efficiently through care.
