Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health in New Jersey is seeking a patient access representative to deliver exceptional service to our patients. You will greet, register, schedule, collect point-of-service copays and act as the first contact for patients and their families, using AIDET to convey information clearly.

The role requires minimum one year in registration or billing in a medical setting, strong communication, and teamwork. Epic experience is preferred; NAHAM CHAA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, schedule patients and collect copays.
• Serve as the front-line contact for all incoming patients.
