Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating schedules and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Verify insurance and perform pre-certifications and registrations.
• Conduct eligibility checks and balance patient finances within policies.
• Register patients in Epic and ensure accurate demographic data and scheduling.
