Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating schedules/shifts including holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone in a courteous, respectful, and helpful manner.
• Perform insurance verification, pre-certification, and scheduling processes per policy.
• Verify patient identity, collect demographics, and ensure accurate registration in the Epic system.
• Assist with bed planning, pre-registration, and financial clearance under supervision.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and provide a positive patient experience.
