Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work rotating schedules including weekends.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
• Basic medical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient interviews to verify identity and demographics.
• Performs scheduling, pre-registration, and registration in patient access.
• Verifies insurance and coordinates benefits.
• Performs pre-certification and financial clearance under supervision.
• Handles point-of-service cash collection and related duties.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and patient experience.
