Expect daily patient interactions, accurate data entry, and use of Epic, Misys, and Outlook. This role emphasizes service, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in healthcare or related field.
• Clerical background with general computer skills and medical terminology.
• Experience in a medical/physician office setting.
• Ability to interpret scheduling requests and coordinate multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and tests across multiple sites and departments.
• Coordinate provider schedules and communicate with patients and staff.
• Maintain medical records and ensure accurate scheduling paperwork.
• Assist in coordinating patient flow and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service and information.
