Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Ensure all forms and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Input patient demographic and financial information; explain insurance and collect payments.
• Take vital signs and record medical history.
• Prepare patient for exam and explain procedures.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and route to appropriate departments.
• Adapt communication to diverse patient populations with privacy considerations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
