Job summary

Dallas Regional Medical Center seeks a dynamic Patient Access Leader to oversee scheduling, registration, insurance verification, denial prevention, and PBX operations across a multi‑facility market.

You will drive front‑end revenue cycle optimization, standardize processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with hospital executives and clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient access and experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Accounting with leadership experience in patient access in acute care.
• Experience leading teams, achieving compliance and service targets.
• Understanding of third‑party payer principles and COBRA laws.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for fast‑paced environments.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Patient Access across multiple facilities.
• Integrate scheduling, registration, insurance verification, denial prevention, and PBX operations.
• Drive front‑end revenue cycle optimization while improving patient experience.
• Partner with executives and revenue cycle teams to standardize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead data‑driven decisions and develop high‑performing teams.
