Job summary

Established Search in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Director to lead and scale its enterprise Patient Access & Centralized Scheduling function across multiple sites, shaping transformation of how patients access practices.

You will own the central scheduling operation, partner with executives and physicians, and drive metrics, efficiency and patient experience while implementing scalable models and automation.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is essential; dental experience is not required.
• Significant experience leading patient access, centralized scheduling or healthcare contact centre operations.
• Managed large teams within a multi-site healthcare organization.
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational transformation.
• Experience scaling centralized operating models and working with physicians.
• Experience using technology, analytics and automation to boost performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a large Patient Access and Scheduling organization.
• Scaling centralized scheduling across a growing network of healthcare practices.
• Improving productivity, utilization and patient experience.
• Identifying process improvements, technology and automation opportunities.
• Partnering with regional operations leaders to improve patient access beyond the centralized function.
• Supporting the integration and onboarding of newly partnered practices.
• Influencing physicians and practice leaders through periods of operational change.
• Developing and reporting meaningful performance metrics to executive leadership.
• Balancing strategic leadership with the willingness to get into the operational detail when required.
