Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree may be desirable.
• 5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated successful leadership, supervisory and management skills.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, coach and evaluate staff in Patient Access for The James.
• Monitor scheduling accuracy and efficacy of processes through reports.
• Develop QA data processes and reporting mechanisms; measure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with budgets and implementation of new programs; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Serve in place of the Assistant Director when unavailable; collaborate with related departments.
