Qualifications

• Knowledge of applications and systems and demonstrates proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, coaching and evaluate the work performance of staff in Patient Access for The James.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of scheduling and efficacy of processes through reports, QA data, and performance metrics.
• Develop reporting mechanisms and measure customer satisfaction.
• Manage projects related to the product line and coordinate budget development and implementation of new programs.
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory agencies.
