Responsibilities

Lead and develop Patient Access staff to align with goals.
Oversee workflows to meet KPIs and dashboards.
Ensure quality audits and compliance with registration, scheduling, billing, and verification.
Improve patient experience and service standards.
Maintain expertise in Patient Access applications and promote process improvements.
