Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

• Oversees workflows and staffing to meet volume demands.
• Monitors KPIs and PAS dashboards for performance.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and billing standards.
• Leads process improvements and change management.
• Collaborates with departments to improve patient experience.
