• Collaborates with management to select methods and analytical approaches and oversee staff.
• Coaches employees to improve processes and educates on protocols, reporting registration errors as needed.
• Participates in hiring and onboarding processes and in employee development.
• Helps prepare the department budget.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
