Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in patient access, prior authorization, reimbursement, or related healthcare setting.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payer processes and authorization requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems like Salesforce, Availity, and eFax.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and performance management for the patient access team.
• Collaborate with Case Managers and reimbursement partners to prioritize workload and resolve barriers.
• Ensure consistent execution of workflows and processes.
• Serve as SME for payer requirements and prior authorization.
• Identify operational trends and build scalable processes.
• Reduce delays and denials while supporting physician offices and field teams.
