Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient procedures for departments within responsibility.
• Gather demographic, guarantor, and insurance information during a single call.
• Enter all patient information into the registration system accurately.
• Provide price estimates and triage for out-of-pocket expenses.
• Respond to appointment changes and communicate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data and signage for required forms.
