• Manages all performance indicators and standard of work tools.
• Collaborates and communicates effectively with stakeholders by attending requested meetings, project workgroups and other collaboration efforts.
• Balances FTEs in accordance with volumes and performance development for staffing.
• Assists directors, operation managers, administrative operations and other stakeholders as applicable.
• Completes projects as assigned.
