Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading Patient Access or front-end revenue cycle in a hospital or health system.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations across assigned service areas.
• Lead staff, supervise supervisors, and ensure training and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical leadership to optimize workflows.
