Qualifications

• Knowledge of registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Patient Access operations ensuring accurate registration and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Identify workflow gaps and lead process improvements.
• Oversee onboarding, education, and regulatory training including AIDET.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain HIPAA compliance.
