Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in contact center, medical office or healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines, develops, and improves operational and access workflows within Ambulatory Care.
• Assigns, monitors, and manages employees’ work; ensures reliability.
• Manages recruiting and hiring processes for the team and areas of responsibility.
• Ensures staff competency through training and quality assurance efforts.
• Manages outcomes and metrics in Ambulatory Care; supports growth of direct reports.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to improve patient care, efficiency, and processes.
• Maintains payroll, PTO, and leave records in accordance with policies and laws.
• Upholds HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and organizational goals.
