Job summary

Scottish Rite for Children in Frisco, TX is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead ambulatory surgical center operations and mentor nursing staff.

You will oversee direct patient care for pediatric patients, coordinate daily throughput, and partner with leadership to ensure safety, policy adherence, and high-quality care. This role emphasizes team collaboration, schedules, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Current Texas RN license or eligible for a permit.
• BLS and PALS certification required or within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a focus on pediatrics and evidence-based practice.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate day-to-day operations and throughput.
• Act as liaison between leadership and team; address concerns and training needs.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and payroll; participate in interviews.
• Support policy review, regulatory readiness, and quality initiatives.
