Job summary

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in patient access or a healthcare setting.
• Experience with patient registration, HIPAA, and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train patient access staff, including scheduling of patient access representatives and support staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient registration, including demographic and insurance information.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and other regulations.
• Promote a positive patient experience and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with billing and insurance to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports to assess department performance and identify areas for improvement.
