Job summary

Corewell Health seeks a Registration Supervisor to lead the Royal Oak Patient Access team, coordinating scheduling, pre-registration and verification processes to ensure timely, accurate registrations and high patient satisfaction. You will partner with facility leadership and clinical teams to meet service levels and regulatory requirements.

The role oversees staff performance, budgets, and process improvements, while maintaining training and compliance with payer rules and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute.
• 3 years of relevant supervisory experience. CRT-Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred.
• HFMA CRCR certification desired; 180 days required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Patient Access functions (scheduling, pre-registration, verification, etc.) to maintain service levels.
• Serve as on-site liaison between Corewell Health and the facility.
• Promote good customer relations with leadership, physicians and staff.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance and implement improvements to meet targets.
