Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Two years of relevant patient access experience (required).

Aufgaben

• Oversee planning and coordination of patient registration to ensure effective cash flow.
• Manage insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and referrals as needed.
• Maintain Medicare/third-party payer compliance and accuracy in records.
• Trains staff and monitors QA results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison with departments.
