Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of experience in patient accounting/health care finance with data entry.
• Certified Patient Access Technician (CPAT) or Certified Health Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead department coverage for the Patient Access team during assigned shift.
• Assist manager in staff development and training.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, and billing inquiries with accuracy.
• Post payments and reconcile cash in the cash management system.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
