Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years related experience.
• Ability to use or learn electronic health records software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and staff information.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Patient Access Specialists under the direction of the Patient Access Manager.
• Coordinate staff schedules and daily assignments.
• Coach staff on performance and customer service excellence.
• Ensure productivity standards are met and staff are accountable.
• Support quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives.
