Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Patient Access Specialists and coordinate staff schedules.
• Coach staff on performance and customer service excellence.
• Monitor productivity and ensure timecard accuracy per policy.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and weekly feedback.
• Lead team meetings and cover supervisor duties in manager's absence.
• Investigate patient concerns with Compliance/Safety.
• Support accreditation efforts and Triple Aim goals.
