Qualifications

• Three years' experience in Insurance or Patient Registration in healthcare.
• CHAA certification preferred within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient safety with accurate and timely patient identification.
• Timely, accurate completion of patient access steps including pre-registration/registration and collections.
• Computes, collects and receipts monies according to policies.
• Activates accounts and disseminates charts per standard procedures.
• Leads the patient access/intake process and oversees daily workflow.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
