Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Patient Access or front-end revenue cycle operations.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and financial clearance.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access activities and ensure accurate registration and documentation.
• Monitor staff productivity; provide real-time feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and departmental policies.
• Supervise onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.
• Collaborate with clinical units to resolve access-related issues in real time.
