Job summary

You will lead staff by assigning daily tasks, train patient access staff, and provide input on performance. Maintain HIPAA-compliant practices and ensure confidentiality. Day shift; 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient access procedures and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills, listening and communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads staff by providing daily assignments and supporting staff development.
• Trains and mentors patient access staff; provides input on performance.
• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Schedule appointments, pre-register patients, and process patient information accurately.
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues related to services and insurance.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in handling information.
