Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Patient Access Clinical Manager to lead the Patient Access team and oversee scheduling, medical aesthetics, and surgical coordination. You will focus on delivering high-quality patient care, improving processes, and driving KPIs across multiple clinical teams within the Contact Center.

The role requires 5+ years of people management, Dermatology exposure preferred, and strong data analytics. Travel up to 25% to headquarters/clinics may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Active CMA, LPN, or RN credential required.
• Derm Tech certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service experience and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Patient Access staff and operations, providing leadership and support across all Patient Access roles.
• Ensure integration and onboarding of new locations and clinicians with measurable KPIs.
• Coach staff to meet and exceed department KPIs using data to drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs with Workforce Management to maintain service levels.
• Audit performance with Quality Team and develop action plans based on trends.
• Lead staff meetings and training programs reflecting Forefront's standards and culture.
