Qualifications

• 1 year of relatable work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently following procedures and directives

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and clinical documentation to determine eligibility and compliance prior to service delivery
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibility and document interactions
• Contact patients when documentation does not meet payer requirements and provide alternatives
• Collaborate with referral sources, physicians, and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic systems and enter referrals within established timeframes
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure inventory and services are scheduled
• Assist sales, insurance verification and internal teams to facilitate referrals and intake process
