Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking an Intake Coordinator to manage the patient registration process as they enter the facility. You will coordinate referrals from physicians, hospitals, and community sources, and ensure accurate intake data entry and chart maintenance.

The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with electronic health records, and the ability to schedule and manage multiple patient appointments while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with CMG/New Seasons

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background and ability to communicate clearly with patients and referral sources.
• Experience reading, writing, and understanding medical terminology and insurance information.
• Ability to read, write legibly and enter patient data accurately in a computerized system.
• Capability to schedule and manage multiple patients and appointments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Schedule evaluations, meetings, and consultations for patients.
• Answer all incoming calls with strong customer service and explain admissions process.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts.
