Responsibilities

• Generate patient’s chart and log patient data.
• Verify Medicaid and other insurance information.
• Hand out important patient information and documents.
• Answer telephone and pages appropriate people.
• Process specimens and accept alert values from lab.
• Assist with cashiering duties by accepting clinic payments.
• Deliver and expedites patient charts.
• Dispatch specimens or documents by pneumatic tube.
• Stamp all ancillary slips.
• File charts and retrieve old records.
