• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations to ensure accurate registration and compliance with payer requirements.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy and quality metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity; develop staff through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security compliance and staff performance under union agreements.
