The Wilshire Group is seeking a seasoned Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Referrals implementations. You will partner with IT, clinical, and operational teams to drive delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

In this role, you will develop project plans, manage timelines and risks, and support go-live readiness, command center activities, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure smooth adoption across patient access workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic implementation experience and relevant certifications.
• Healthcare IT project management experience.
• Stakeholder engagement skills.
