Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Patient Access, RTE, and Referrals applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements from patient access, scheduling, and revenue cycle stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Patient Access enhancements and system changes.
• Configure and support patient registration, insurance verification, eligibility checks, referral workflows, and authorization processes.
• Support Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) transactions and troubleshoot payer connectivity and eligibility issues.
• Build and maintain referral workflows, work queues, scheduling rules, and insurance-related configurations.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
• Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects.
• Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain build documentation, workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and support documentation.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedEpic Patient Access, RTE & Referrals Analystto join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Patient Access suite, includingReal-Time Eligibility (RTE)andReferrals. Key Responsibilities
