Job summary

Overlake is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to support Medical Imaging operations, including reception, chart preparation, and Epic-based registration. You will greet patients, collect demographic and financial data, and ensure smooth, accurate data entry while providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities include fielding calls, assisting leadership and clinicians, and maintaining service quality in a fast-paced healthcare setting at the Bellevue campus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Formal training in medical terminology, hospital finance and customer relations is preferred.
• Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Medical Imaging, including reception and chart preparation.
• Handle digital image management, query/retrieve and sharing, and archived imaging.
• Greet patients and collect demographic and financial data for registration in Epic.
• Answer calls and support leadership, physicians, and staff with exemplary customer service.
