Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer systems and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify appointments in NextGen EPM.
• Enroll/Renew patient programs and verify insurance details.
• Handle cashiering duties, collect co-pays and maintain financial records.
• Manage scheduling inquiries and assist with patient flow.
