Wilmington Health in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Patient Representative Float to provide friendly front office support across clinical areas. You will greet patients, verify information, schedule and coordinate appointments, and assist with check-in and check-out processes.

The role requires strong customer service, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with care teams. Prior medical office experience and CPR/BLS certification are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, acknowledge and assist patients in a professional manner.
• Check patients in and out, manage forms, notes, and triage sheets.
• Schedule, coordinate, and reschedule appointments across facilities.
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain provider schedules and on-call coverage per manager.
• Keep logs and participate in department meetings and trainings.
• Manage office supplies and mail; support billing inquiries as needed.
