Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify their identity.

• Answer phones and manage clerical tasks (Epic chart creation, mail, scanning, RightFax).
• Maintain frontline equipment and environmental safety.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per policy.
• Keep EHR/chart accuracy and update records.
