Responsibilities

• Performs and completes clerical and non-clinical duties for the Medical Office Receptionist within established time frames.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA/compliance standards.
• Schedules and manages patient appointments, handles check-in/check-out, and processes payments.
• Prepares daily deposits and maintains accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe front desk and professional reception area.
