Responsibilities

• Handle all front desk clerical duties, patient check-in, and scheduling.
• Verify eligibility, insurance, and demographics in practice management software.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Greet patients warmly and direct them to appropriate services.
• Generate reports and communicate outstanding items to Providers and staff.
• Maintain a clean and professional reception area and ensure safety standards.
