You will collaborate with clinical teams, educate patients about test locations and portal use, and manage co-pays while maintaining a compliant, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in welcoming patients and collecting demographics
• Experience with insurance and billing data entry
• Ability to verify eligibility and benefits
• Experience in patient check-in and appointment scheduling

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate teams
• Welcome patients and enter demographics, insurance, and billing data
• Register patients for services and ensure accurate information for discharge and reimbursement
• Maintain communication with clinical partners to support patient access and operations
• Provide patient education about test locations and patient portal use
• Request co-pays and outstanding balances at check-in
