Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process patient registrations accurately and courteously.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient portions.
• Scan documents into electronic records and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with billing issues and refer to financial counselors as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
