Job summary

Advocate Health Rock Hill outpatient department seeks a Patient Service Specialist to provide exemplary customer service and perform front office duties. The role emphasizes accurate registration, insurance checks, scheduling, and data integrity to deliver a high-quality patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, and experience with medical records software or front desk tasks is preferred. Normal hours are 40 per week with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer relations experience required.
• Experience with Medical Records Software preferred.
• Front desk practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities
