Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator in Overland Park, KS to serve as the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, check-in/out, verify information, schedule follow-ups, and handle payments with accurate daily records.

You will support clinic operations, manage phones and referrals, and assist with EMR documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; submission of diploma for highest level of education obtained will be required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
