Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Manage patient check-in and checkout processes.
• Answer phone calls with appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Review patient charts for upcoming appointments to ensure needed information.
• Perform scanning and sorting in EMR system.
• Verify and update insurance information.
• Collect patient payments.
